The key difference is that TAG-E is specifically designed for the Sony ILX-LR1, while ENTIRE is a universal device compatible with a wide range of cameras.
Because ENTIRE is universal, its configuration is more complex. In contrast, TAG-E offers a much simpler setup with just a few options and also thanks to specific features of ILX-LR1 can TAG-E do some better magic in geotagging, than the ENTIRE.
