What isMAVPORTER

MavPorter is a powerful miniaturized device designed for routing and copying Mavlink serial data buses. With MavPorter, you can effortlessly expand your serial telemetry ports. Using a single telemetry port of your Cube, you can connect up to 4 devices via serial Mavlink data at different baud rates. MavPorter enables you to configure which data should be forwarded to other ports or blocked, if necessary. Additionally, MavPorter is fully integrated into the ENTIRE system, allowing you to easily access extended features such as data tunneling for non-Mavlink serial streams through ENTIRE.

SUPEREasy configuration

MavPorter is presented in MavLink as a standalone UART bridge device and emits its own configuration parameters. QGC and MissionPlanner detect MavPorter as a new device and allow the user to change its parameters via the standard UI. If your drone is equipped with the ENTIRE system, all MavPorter configurations are also accessible through ENTIRE's web page.

Enhanced routing features

MavPorter is designed to forward mavlink streams from one to multiple other ports.
However, you can set multiple filters for each port to block, allow or limit speed for specific message transmitted in stream. Thanks to routing filters you can avoid overload or low baudrate ports, or you can use it to block unnecessary function of connected device.

Allow-list

For each port you can define five message IDs to be allowed, all other will be dropped. Alternatively you can set maximum speed of each message ID to be allowed for specific port of the MavPorter.

For each port you can define five message IDs to be blocked, all other will be forwarded. Alternatively you can set maximum speed of each message ID to be allowed for specific port of the MavPorter.

Forwarding

For each port you can define if MavLink stream should be forwarded to to specific destination port or not. You can simply define that MavLink will be forwarded from port 1 to 2 but not to port 3, 4 or 5.

Firmware updates

MavCam is updated via MavLink! No need to remove unit from the drone, just use our update application to connect your drone and do firmware update in one click!
